The Curtis Paper Mill site is property of the City of Newark. www.cityofnewarkde.us.
The City's Parks and Recreation Department will develop a master plan for the site based on the recommendations of the Friends of Curtis Mill Park (see the Meetings&Minutes page).
The Friends of Curtis Mill Park, under the direction of Farmer+Smith, LLC, will coordinate the fundraising efforts to save the historic smoke stack.
