Save the Stack!
Attention Newark Citizens and Businesses
Help us SAVE THE STACK

We are working with Delaware's 82 North, LLC, a safe, secure online registration company with our online giving program.  For additional information on 82 North's service please call 302-655-6531 during normal business hours or visit www.82north.com

PLEASE NOTE:  Donations made to the Save the Stack fund are not tax deductible.  The Friends of Curtis Mill Park is not a non profit and does not hold 501c3 status.  The Friends are simply a group of Newark residents with the desire to preserve an important peice of our history.

All SAVE THE STACK benefactors share one important reward for their gifts: the personal satisfaction of making an investment in Newark's future.  Individuals who make the choice to support current and future generations of Newark by contributing to the Save the Stack Fund will be assisting in creating a lasting landmark for all to enjoy.  All donors will be noted in special signage at Curtis Mill Park.

Why do we need donors?  We need funding to make necessary repairs and refurbishments to the old smoke stack.  We envision the stack to stand as a silent sentinel welcoming residents and visitors to Newark.  With enough funding we will be able to illuminate the stack each night and present a stunning visual for everyone.
